The Challenge 
Burger King wants to recruit a new generation of Whopper-lovers through an exciting delivery experience that creates an authentic and meaningful connection between “Gen-Z” guests and the Burger King brand. 
But despite many companies' attempts to personalize their delivery services, food delivery has become nothing more than a digital transaction with less and less face-to-face interaction taking place because, frankly, people don’t care who’s actually delivering their food. So what if they did? You should be excited to see your delivery person and what if they were just as excited to see you?
